Busbridge Parish Council Expenses Policy

The work of councillors and the clerk is likely to involve expenses. Busbridge Parish Council will cover all reasonable expenses incurred in the course of work both by councillors and employees.

• All expenses must be pre-approved by the Council and claims are to be submitted to the Chairman within a month.

• They must be accompanied by relevant receipts.

• Once authorised, the appropriate money will be refunded within a month.
